Description: The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with Honeywell, Inc., South Bend, IN pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This acquisition is for 15 each Water Brakes PN LTCT-23660-04 designed/developed by Honeywell, Inc (formerly Lycoming). They will be utilized in the testing of T700 engines after overhaul and are being purchased to maintain current engine test capability without complete redesign of engine load system.
