Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, National Wildlife Health Center, Madison, WI has a requirement to make a competitive award via written request for quotation No. 04ERQQ0031. Per the attached drawings and specification, two separately priced items are required. (1) To provide labor and materials to repair and replace damaged refractory, structural steel, paint system, and burner, including cure out of the new refractory. (2) Provide labor and materials to build and install elevated maintenance platform as specified in the attached drawings and specifications. Delivery and installation required by 04/01/2004. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. Response shall demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of applicable refractory and incinerator / combustor burner repair experience to be qualified. This experience shall be documented in writing and submitted with the applicable bid documents. The anticipated award date is 02/13/2004. NAICS is 235950 and SIC is 1796.
