If there is a relevant picture tied to the article, is that delivered as well? * How do you keep the clips from overwhenlming peoples e-mails? * Do you provide a summary service along with the e-clips? How much for each summary type? * Can you quantify for us how many sources these e-clips are pulled from? * Could you provide us with a sample of each of your services included within e-clips? Reports * What sort of reports can you provide us? Charts? Tables? 1 Sentence? paragraph? Cost for all types? *Is there a cost for each individual report? Or, is there a package that includes a certain amount of reports for a certain flat rate? * How are these reports delivered to us? Via e-mail, or secure web-site? * Can you provide us examples of your different reports? Video Monitoring *Do you provide a tracking service for TV and Radio? * If so, would we actually receive the transcripts of the TV and radio segment or would we receive only an abstract? * Is there an option to purchase the actual footage? How much? * Do the TV News Clips come as closed-captioned? If so, are the spelling errors included or are they corrected? * Exactly how many radio stations do you cover?
