- Description
- The intent of this project is to provide the necessary services, labor, material, equipment and control componenets required to provide, install, test and make operable a mechanized Pallet Sortation and Delivery Conveyor System. This system shall enable outbound medium bulk pallets to be sorted and routed from the receiving doors of Building 66 to pallet pack workstations. The systems shall be installed at the Defense Distribution Center San Diego, CA. The contractor shall provide a warranty for one year after final acceptance. The electronic request for solicitation package will be available on-line for release to the general public on or about February 23, 2004. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is anticipated; further information will be in the solicitation. To receive awards resulting from this solicitation, your company MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration is available via the Internet at www.ccr.gov. This solicitation will be posted to FED BIZ OPPS website at www.fedbizopps.gov. This acquisition is unrestricted and open to both large and small business concerns.
