- Description
- This is a modification to synopsis SP0412-03-R-2210. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure additional sole source, non-commercial part numbered items manufactured by Timken Company (Cages 21335 and 60380). It is anticipated that award(s) will be made against existing Corporate Contracts SP0400-04-D-9407 and SP0400-04-D-9408, which were awarded as a result of Solicitation SP0412-03-R-2210. Letter RFP?s will be issued to previous awardees under Solicitation SP0412-03-R-2210. A formal Request for Proposal will not be issued unless requests are received from other sources. Requests for an NSN listing and/or RFP should be made to the buyer. Other NSNs, which are sole source to the applicable cage codes may be identified and added at a later date. The contract period will include a base year and four, one-year option periods. Any supplies to be furnished will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. Numbered Note 22 applies.
