- This modification is hereby issued the change the issue and closing date.Issue date of December 18, 2003 has changed to January 20, 2004. Closing date had changed from January 20,2004 to February 19, 2004. All terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation Number SP0450-04-R-1436, YPG03325001208, NSN 6850-01-465-9246, Scale Removing Compound, Cage 1HYH7, P/N 51055. Unit drum contains 55 gallons. Original manufacturer?s commercial unit packaging is required. Repacking is not authorized. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition, Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for 365 DR. with option to increase the quantity, 100%. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be Based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination for stock location at (SRG) Richmond, VA, with Inspection and Acceptance, Destination, QAP 251. This is Commercial Item. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label are required. The solicitation will issue on January 20, 2004 with a closing date of February 19, 2004.
