PRLI 0001, QTY 144, U/I: EA, REQUIRED DELIVERY 253 DARO, DEST: RICHMOND, VA. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. 1 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. 26 Commercial Notice (when the Government does not intend to use Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures) (FAR 5.206(e)(4)). First Article Test Required.
