Description

PR No: LTC03337016559. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Jet Aircraft Engine. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four one year option periods. The Approved Sources of supply are United Technologies Corporation, (CAGE: 52661); Electro-Methods, Inc., (CAGE: 33617); Dean Mechine Products, Inc., (CAGE: 7D849). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2840-01-242-2024; P/4064373 Rev-?C?, Base Year AEQ: 48 each, Option Year AEQ: 48 each. Delivery: FOB Destination/Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, 251 days ARO. There is First Article Testing (FAT) associated with this solicitation. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please DO NOT submit requests to DSCR-VABA. The offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate parts for evaluation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 20 January 2004. The anticipated award date is 15 April 2004. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
