- On Wednesday, February 11, 2004, the seminar, Successful Teaming and Subcontracts will be presented by Kenneth D. Brody, David, Brody & Dondershine, LLP. The class will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and cost is $45.00. Location of class is at Mason Enterprise Center, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax,VA 22030. This course has been in great demand, and is designed to teach and help small businesses develop successful teaming and subcontract relationships with large businesses and other small business and individuals. We will examine the purpose of these agreements, examine the meaning of various provisions, contained in these agreements and discuss strategies for negotiations.
