- The seminar Small Business Programs will be offered on Wednesday January 28, 2004 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at George Mason University PTAP, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. This seminar will be presented by Lorenzo F. Exposito Esq. of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP and cost is $45.00. This seminar will cover the competitive advantages available to small business contractors and eligibility requirements for various federal small business programs, including small disadvantaged businesses, HUBZone, the 8(a) program and the subcontracting plan program, among others. The seminar includes a discussion of new developments in these areas affecting both small and large business contractors at the prime and subcontractor level.
