- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to enter into a sole-source procurement with Sequoyah Technology, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.105(2)(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. This contract is a follow-on contract to develop a prototype fully integrated MEMS-based CMOS integrated gas sensor and associated virtual components. The contractor is uniquely qualified because the design concept for the prototype is based on a patent held by the company. It is anticipated that an award will be made on or about January 23, 2004. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation available.
