Description

The RFQ is hereby changed as follows since Jan 12: All references to any other NAIC Code other than 541611 (General Mgmt Consulting) are hereby deleted. 541611 is the only applicable NAIC pertaining to this RFQ. On page 4 of the RFQ under Volume II entitled Past Peformance Questionnaire delete the last sentence "GSA vendors shall submit no past performance questionnaire." Instead, all vendors shall submit Past Performance data was specified at subparagraph (ii) below, and shall ensure that such Past Perforamcne data regardless of where it comes form is relevant to tasks 1-7, is within 3 years and relates to this type of work specified in the BPA.
