- Description
- Contract to provide comprehensive primary care services including, but not limited to provider care, women's health care, nurse visits, EKG's, phlebotomy and processing of specimens, radiology services, and preventative health screening. Services must be performed at the contractors facility which must be located within McKean County. Services are for one base year with four 1 year renewal options.
