- Description
- In accordance with FAR 6.302-3, the VAMC Washington DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Abbott Labs/Diagnostics Division a cost per test for reagents used in association with HCV Quantification and Genotype testing. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1/28/04 at 2:00pm, EST.
