- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates a sole source award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Puresyn, Inc for the purchase of Plasmids DNA, custom, preclinical grade. Items are being purchase for Naval Medical Research Center, Silver Spring, MD.
