- VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS)has a requirement for the following equipment to transition to narrowband operations mandated by congress and implemented by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA): 1 ea. Z220 Zetron Master Encoder, 1 ea. #9509822 Dual Telephone Interface Card, 1 ea. #9509781 Radio Contol Card, #9509061 Voice Controller Unit w/system Voice Prompts, 1 ea. #9509196 Multi-port Serial Interface, 1 ea. 9509197 TNPP Expansion Interface, 1 ea. I/O Input/Output Block, 1 ea. APC BACK-UPS OFFICE, #PT4000 DX Radio Transmitter System, includes omni directional antenna, cabling, and Zetron controller. Successful bidder must also provide installation, including site visits, travel, existing hardware issues, mounting and multiple location link work. Equipment will be installed at the VAWNYHS, 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020. Successful bidder must be able to supply all equipment/components and installation as outlined above. The VAWNYHS will not accept substitutions. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation and includes the following commerical clauses by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 (the full text may be accessed electronically at this address: http://arnet.gov/far/).
