- Description
- VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410, seeks full and open competition for the award of a contract for the delivery of therapeutic apheresis services, such as therapeutic plasma exchange, therapeutic cytapheresis, and plasma immunoadsorption therapy. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This solicitation shall be issued as Request For Quote (RFQ) 548-04-182. Period of performance shall be 3/1/04 - 9/30/04, with four (4) one (1) year options to renew, pending the availability of funds. The Government intends to award a single award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will issue on January 20, 2004. The closing date for submission of quotes will be on February 10, 2004 at 2:00pm local time. No telephone or fax requests for quote will be accepted. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be in writing and faxed to 561-882-6507, to the attention of Suzanne Byrne, not later than fourteen calendar (14) days after the solicitation issue date.
