- Description
- The 1st Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA intends to award a Preventive Maintenance Agreement on a sole source basis to Philips Medical Systems, NA, 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell Washington, 98041-8431. The PMA will include a base year and four (4) option years for a total of not greater than 5 years. Covered equipment included will include a SONO F5500 Echo Ultrasound, and will include all parts, labor, tools, and transportation necessary for the completion of maintenance requests. This notice is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. However, evaluation/award will be based on the technically acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. Langley AFB intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5
