Description

This acquisition is for the following item(s): ITEM 0001 - NSN: 2835-01-390-3669BZ P/N: 8837071-10, Noun: Nonair Exhaust Duct applicable to the MH-53J/M Helicopter. FUNC: cooler assembly APP exhaust, MAT: stainless steel. The basic quantity is 12 each and 2 each under first article testing. There will be two (2) out year options with a quantity range of 1-10 each for Option I and a quantity range of 1-10 each for Option II. Technical data will be attached to the solicitation through an amendment. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098. Delivery on basic quantity is 10 months ARO and 2 months ARO on first article testing items. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizops.gov/. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This will be a combined sysnopsis/solicitation since this requirement was originally posted on 3 Dec 2003. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
