Description

This is a correction on the licensing that will be needed to do the job. Please see 1.01(E) on the Statement of Work. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Due to the nature of this requirement, there will be a site visit held on 21 January 2004 at 1:00P.M. PST. It is highly recommended that all offerors attend the site visit. All offerors who plan to attend the site visit must submit the names of the personnel from your firm and their social security numbers by fax or email no later than 20 January 2004 by 3:00P.M. PST. Any questions, comments, or requests for blue prints must be emailed or faxed to Celeste Cappomagi no later than 26 January 2004 by 3:00 P.M. PST. Oral questions/comments will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 2 February 2004 at 3:00P.M. PST. Each offeror shall sign his/her quote. Responding offerors must provide their company name, point of contact, and telephone number on the bid. Quote is valid for 60 days from the date of submission.
