- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION CABINETS. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FE462632830048. 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. 4. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235510 with a small business size standard of $12M. 5. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial item: CLIN 0001-Cabinets. Requirements: Build and install solid wood casework and trim for building 1439, room 187, west wall, floor to ceiling. Dura Supreme Designer Marquis excel door style ?or equal,? cherry stain. Includes crown molding at perimeter, cherry stain, large flex crown and detail molding. Center of casework cabinets to have plain glass fronts and built-in lighting to provide display areas to resemble a trophy display case. Must include storage large enough to store floor model flags and audiovisual equipment on sides. Provide and install raised panel wainscot with chair rail and base molding on other three walls, cherry stain to match casework. Cover three floor to ceiling posts with wood to include crown at top and furniture base, stained cherry to match all other case work. Provide cover for fire hose on north wall, to match casework style and cherry stain. All cabinet doors must include locks and keys. 6. Delivery and installation requested 45 days after award of purchase order. FOB Destination Base Supply, 5 ? 80th Street North, Malmstrom Air Force Base Montana 59402-7557. 7. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. 8. The Government will issue a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible party providing a quote, whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. 9. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, the party providing a quote must include a completed copy of this provision with its quote.
