- Description
- HQ AMC/A34YAC anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 16 Mar 04. Services are to provide international, combination passenger and cargo (Combi), airlift to various locations. Period of performance will be 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. Offeror must be able to meet the following requirements: 1. Be a current member of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF). 2. Own or lease aircraft that have the capability to support the following criteria: a. A minimum of 30 but no more than 40 passengers. b. A minimum of 10 but less than 20, 463L pallet positions. This solicitation will be issued using commercial practices in accordance to FAR Part 12. The Government will award based upon best value. The Government will consider trading off service capability or past performance for price. All respondees must be registered in the Contractor Central Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov prior to award.
