- Description
- The Air Force Academy has a requirement for the purchase of USAFA Cadet short sleeve t-shirts. The t-shirts have to be manufactured IAW Buy American Act, DFARS 252.225-7001 and IAW USAFA Specifications PD 34 TRW/SDCU-174 dated 22 Jan 2003. IAW the PD 34 TRW/SDCU 174, the short sleeve shirt will have USAFA screenprinted and centered over left breast. Colors: White/Navy, Round Neck, 100% preshrunk cotton. SHORT SLEEVE quantities: 7,344 each of assorted sizes from small to XX-large. First Article may be required IAW FAR 52.209-3. Delivery FOB destination to USAF Academy CO 80840. Request for Quotation, FA7000-04-T-0010 will be available on or about 20 January 2004 and can only be downloaded from FedBizOpps. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 & 13. The requested delivery date is not later than 30 April 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency and shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. See Internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This is 100% small business set-side. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 315211 and the Business Size Standard is 500. Woman owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit offers. Quotes are to be received at the Operational Contracting Office, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy, CO 80840-2315, 3:00 P.M. on or about 30 January 2004, Mountain Time.
