- SITE VISIT NOTICE: Site visits for the upcoming Eareckson Air Station (EAS) solicitation will be offered 2 to 9 Feb 04 to potential offerors. Each potential offeror is limited to two (2) representatives for the site visit. Interested potential offerors are requested to notify the contracting officer, Charlotte Halstead, by phone (907) 552-5699, e-mail: charlotte. halstead@elmendorf.af.mil, or fax (907) 552-2136 OR contract specialist, Mary Howell, by phone (907) 552-5153, mary.howell@elmendorf.af.mil or fax (907) 552-2136. Responses are due no later than 1600 AST, 24 Jan 04 and must include how many representatives will be attending. Detailed site visit information and instructions will be provided to respondees at a later date. INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE: It is anticipated at this time that Industry Day will be on 23 Feb 04. This date is provided for potential offerors planning purposes only and detailed information concerning time and location will be provided at a later date.
