- This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The Government intends to award a contract for a 6-month base year with two 12-month option years. The contractor shall fully operate and maintain the Central Issue Facility (CIF) located at Fort L ee, Virginia. This includes, but is not limited to, providing all the labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to operate and manage the CIF. Government furnished property and facility will be provided. The applicable NAICS code i s 493110. The applicable size standard is $18.5M. All questions concerning this solicitation shal l be submitted in writing to Directorate of Contracting, Northern Region Contract Center, Tim Wills, 1830 Quartermaster Road, Fort Lee VA 23801-1606, willst@lee.army.mil. This solicitation is tentatively scheduled for release on 26 January 2004. The tent ative closing date is 10 February 2004. All offers must be in writing.
