Description

Requirements type contract for bread, rolls and doughnuts to be delivered to Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 March 2004 through 28 February 2005. Estimated quantities are: Bread, sliced (8 different types) 385,500 packages; Rolls (6 differen t types) 176,500 packages; Bagels (3 different types) 40,000 packages; Croissants, 15,000 packages; Texas Toast, 16,500 packages; Doughnuts (5 different types) 24,250 packages. Contractor shall deliver to approximately 37 different locations within Fort Kn ox, Kentucky. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at: http://www.knox.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.h tm on or about January 26, 2004. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list wi ll be compiled.
