- This sources sought requests information required prior to release of any resultant solicitation. The information in this sources sought notification is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject t o change and is not binding on the Government. Updated information will be provided in subsequent synopsis, if required. The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), 834th US Transportation Battalion is seeking potential sources capab le of providing support services and leasing of supplies which includes, but is not limited to the installment of (a.) Electrical Wiring, Hook up power to 3 ea. Trailers and (b.) Data/Voice Wiring 10 ea. RJ-11 phones and 5 ea. RJ-45 Ethernet drops; and leasing of (c.) 2 ea. 10'X 40' House Trailers separated into 3 sections. (2 offices, 1 open area), (d.) 1 ea. Double wide office Trailer 24'X 40', separated into 3 sections (2 offices and 1- open area), (e.) Office Furniture, 20 ea. Folding chairs, 20 ea. Secretary/Computer chairs, 40 ea. 4'X 8' folding Tables, (f.) 1` ea. High speed, High volume Copier Machine with toner provided and (g) 14 ea. Portal-Toilets with wash statio ns,) to support and facilitate the Battalion Operations at various ports within California. Place of Performance and Delivery may occur at the San Diego Pier, at National City and other areas to include, the Los Angeles area and the Long Beach Pier. All leases are expected to be from 90 or 180 days. Prospective offerors may provide information o n single items or any combination of items (a) through (g) and should provide catalog pricing or a rough order of magnitude as applicable.
