- US ARMY TACOM-Picatinny is announcing its intention to solicit a sole-source firm-fixed price contract to Isylon Industries of Bohemia, New York for a quantity the Multi-Role Anti-Armor Anti-Personnel Weapon System Picatinny Fire Control Device (MAAWS PFCD) for the M3 MAAWS with award on or about 6 February 2004.
