- Description
- The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Stevens Technology Institute for the design, development and improvement of the System Engineering, Integration and Analysis (SEI) organization structure to include but not limited to organiation processes, Responsibility, Accountability and Authority (RAA),and internal and external organization interfaces. Design and Develop organization structure to facilitate ARDEC as the Army's Center of Excellence for System Engineering. Effort will focus on SEIA and it's interfaces with the rest of the ARDEC organization. See Note 22. POC for this requirement is Cathy Kallistros, ckallis@pica.army.mil.
