- US ARMY TACOM-Picatinny is announcing its intention to solicit a five-year sole- source indefinite delivery/indefinite quantities contract with Saab Bofors Dynamics AB of Karlskoga, Sweden for deliveries of the M3 Multi-Role Anti-Armor Anti-Personnel Weapon System, Ammunition, and Training systems with award on or about 6 February 2004. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Numbered Note: 22.
