This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRIC ARE Regions 3, 4 & 15 that include all DOD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process of standardizing Monitoring Catheters- Central Venous Catheters and Art erial Line Products as listed in the subject line above. Companies with current Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the standardization process. BASE COMPAN Y CRITERIA for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support, in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15, must provide clinical suppor t, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide company return policy, must provide company distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15, and must provide electronic and hard-copy of propo sed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. BASE PRODUCT CRITERIA for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: CENTRAL VENOUS CATHETER KITS: Kits are available with a variety of catheter lumens (single and multi-lumen), Fren ch, and lengths. Multi-lumen catheters available in standard and antimicrobial impregnated. Latex free. Kits should be available in a variety of configurations. Kits should include, but not limited to, skin prep, local anesthetic, sterile drape and gauze, suture and scalpel. ARTERIAL LINE PRODUCTS: Radial and Femoral Arterial Line Kits/Sets and individual catheters. Latex free. Lines available in a variety of gages and lengths. Kits should be available in a variety of configurations. NOTE: Please advise if you have any additional products available with safety features. Respondents must address all criteria listed above. Please send your response along with literature and representative product samples (enough to share with a 10 pers on Clinical Evaluation Team) of your companys monitoring catheters to Mr. Vincent Pacchiana at the following address: Southeast Regional Medical Command BLDG 40707, 40th Street Ft.
