Description

Provide services for maintenance of restrooms, picnic tables, grills, and fish cleaning station; dumpster cleaning and trash can maintenance; and mowing of grass (approx. 53 acres) at seven Bureau of Reclamation recreation sites at Lake Tschida (Heart Butte Reservoir), located 18 miles south of Glen Ullin, North Dakota, and 14 miles north of Elgin, North Dakota, for the 18-week period of May 10, 2004, through September 10, 2004. The contract may be extended for four (4) additional 18-week annual period, but not beyond September 9, 2008. The contractor shall supply all equipment and materials necessary to perform the services required; however, Reclamation will provide garbage cans and trash bags. Competition is restricted to small business vendors. Request copy of RFQ 04SQ620031from contact point identified above. RFQ issue date approximately 2/1/04. Estimated price range $25,000 - $100,000.
