- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites Quotes for the Rehabilitation of Public Restrooms at Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge in Huntington, New York. This project consists of removing and disposing of T1-11 siding, insulation, asphalt roof shingles, plywood sheathing, rafters, existing toilet partitions, and existing plastic wall panels. Reconstructing by providing and installing new insulation, plywood, cedar shakes, new 5/8" plywood roof sheathing, 30 year architectural asphalt roof shingles, new rafters, additional insulation, ceramic floor tile in men's room, regrouting of tile in womens's room, new toilet partitions, and new ceramic wall tile in both restrooms. Painting of new wood where required, relocate lighting as required, and replacement and installation of ceiling tiles as required. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. This is a small business set-aside procurement, the size standard is a not to exceed $28,500,000.
