- Description
- Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey, has a requirement for the following item in support of the EA-6B Aircraft: EA-6B Multiple Aircraft Systems Tester (EMAST). EMAST will test components of the Automatic Flight Control System, Approach Power Compensator System and the Anti-Skid System. The tasks involve will be to design, manufacture, assemble, test, produce, deliver and support the EMAST. The contractor shall provide all services necessary to fabricate, assemble, integrate, test and deliver test set hardware and software. The quantity required is one (1) First Article Unit and twenty-three (23) production units. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government based on technical, past performance, past experience and price. This procurement shall be solicited as full and open competition. All request for copies of the specifications must contain a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. The solicitation will appear on the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/ . The solicitation will be issued/posted on the NAVAIR Web Site on or after 20 February 2004.
