- The synopsis associated with a Multi-Source Integration System (MSI) Evaluation during the Combined Joint Task Force Exercise 2004 (CJTFEX 04) issued on 8 December 2003 is hereby amended as follows: 1. A Pre-Solicitation Industry Day is scheduled for 21 January 2004 at the Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., 1225 Jefferson Davis Highway, Crystal Gateway 2, Suite 600, Arlington, Virginia 22202, (703) 413-4399. The Government will provide a briefing with additional information regarding the planning for CJTFEX 04 commencing at 0900, followed by an open forum for potential offerors to provide feedback to the JSSEO MSI Team. Breakout sessions will be available from 1300-1700 to discuss any contractual technical or company specific issues. Interested participants are strongly encouraged to provide an adequate level of technical representation at the meeting, as information r eceived from Industry Day will be considered prior to release of the RFP.
