- This requirement is hereby removed from hold status. The solicitation will be issued NLT 2 FEBRUARY 2004 and will close 5 MARCH 2004. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville will solicit proposals for technical and analysis services in support of CNO Project Beartrap as required by Patrol Wing ELEVEN Special Projects Office(AMPO). Services include operation/ maintenance of Project Beartrap worldwide computer network system - development of specialized systems software for aircraft/ laboratory data collection and analysis - and providing technical, data collection for intelligence, hardware and software system test and proof of concepts in the area of Antisubmarine Warfare (ASW)/Undersea Warfare (USW). A Labor Hour Requirements type contract is anticipated for a base period with four one-year option periods. The procurement is set aside for 100% participation by small businesses. Interested offerors must possess a top secret facility clearance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 (Engineering Services), which establishes a small business size standard of $4M.
