Description

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase order to Lyme Computer Systems, Inc. of Lyme, New Hampshire for Smartnet maintenance on various Cisco products utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures . Lyme is uniquely qualified to meet this requirement because it is the only known source with a consolidated maintenance program for all Cisco equipment under a single contract. Interested firms who believe they are capable of meeting OTS?s requirement can submit a written response, which if timely received will be considered. Responses must be in writing and received by the OTS Contracting Officer not later than close of business January 16, 2004. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
