- THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES 11,950 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE AND ELEVEN PARKING SPACES: The U.S. Govt presently occupies space under a lease that expired October 31, 2003. Relocation will be considered if the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations, current lease liabilities, occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered when deciding whether or not to relocate. The delineated area is East Providence, RI. The term of the lease will be ten years. Interested parties must submit a written expression of interest by January 30, 2004, to: Ms. Jane Senk, Contracting Officer, General Services Administration, Suite 635, 450 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06103.
