- As stated in 1/8/04 modification to Presolicitation Notice, the mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2004 at 9:00 AM local time. Because of problems uploading to FEDBIZOPS, interested offerors must send a facsimile to 912-280-5343 requesting a CD of the request for proposal HSFLR040004. If interested in attending the site visit, notify Erin Wofford at erin.wofford@dhs.gov at least 24 hours in advance of the site visit so that entry clearance can be arranged. The final date for receipt of offers is changed from Monday, February 9, 2004 to Thursday, February 26, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JAN-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 13-JAN-2004.
