- Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, material and equipment for packaging necessary for removal and disposal of infectious waste for Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the period beginning January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004 with four (4) possible option years. NAICS code is 562211 applies. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. Solicitation will be posted on or about October 17, 2003.
