- RFP, IDT03149005100, Solicitation Period: 15 days, Issued date: October 16, 2003, Closing date: October 30, 2003. This solicitation contains 40 NSNs, 6260 and 9390 stock class. Items are sole source to Omniglow Corporation (0BY83). This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation is for a two year base and contains an option to extend the contract for 3 additional years. Delivery destinations shall be to Continental United States.
