- Description
- The purpose of this modification is as follows: 1) The Contractor shall be responsible in determining the appropriate filter and belt sizes. 2) The Contractor shall provide the COTR a detailed inventory of parts that were replaced after each visit, accurately accounting the remaining available parts allowance. Should the contractor need to exceed the maximum allowance for expendable parts, verbal task orders will be issued by the authorized ordering official. Verbal orders will be confirmed in writing within 5 business days. 3) Add to the Pricing Schedule under Fixed Price services, CLIN No. 0001A: Monthly PM services for May, June, August, and September. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-NOV-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 13-JAN-2004.
