Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to CollabNet, Inc., 8000 Marina Boulevard, Suite 600, Brisbane, CA 94005 for CollabNet Source Cast licenses for 1000 core users, 1500 light users, and 2500 observers; general support and maintenance; administration training; WEB based training; and engineering support for configuration engineering, requirement analysis, usage analysis, development efforts, functional capability configuration, and system operation. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2302(c)(1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
