- Description
- Concessionaire to construct, maintain and operate a Nutrition Juice Bar. The Nutrition/Juice Bar is to be located in the Offutt Field House Fitness Center at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials and equipment, tools, cabinetry, supplies, transportation, supervision, delivery and other items and services as required to operate. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 722213. The performance period will be for one-year basic period with four one year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The NAFI Concessionaire Contract Format will be the award format for this requirement. The solicitation, notices and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbant upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. A Site Visit will be held on 30 Jan 04 at 10:00 CST at the Offutt Field House main entrance. All interested parties need to contact TSgt Ric Schweitzer at 402-294-3974 or e-mail at ricky.schweitzer@offutt.af.mil with intentions of attending. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This is a non appropriated fund requirement and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sales of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This requirement does not involve federal tax dollars. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, it does not restrict the governments ultimate approach nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
