- This is a notice of intent to Award Sole Source to Qualisys. The Standard Systems Group Operations Directorate (SSG/DO) currently uses Enterprise Interaction Center (EIC) ? Annual Right to Use License. It provides Computer Telephony Interface, Interactive Voice Response, Automated Call Distribution, and Unified Messaging. It is the only software used to provide this network. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Period of Performance will be for one year from the date of the contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14. The proposed procurement will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334111 is based on the size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation is being conducted under full and open competition, however all things being equal, preference will be given to small businesses. Please indicate your business status on your response. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. Delivery of all items is expected within 15- 30 days following contract award to MAFB ? Gunter Annex, AL. All responsible quotes are due NO LATER THAN 23 January 2004 COB, 4:00 pm cst.
