Description

The Solicitation 2004-N-01106 is amended as follows. A copy of the Solicitation amendment is posted as an attachment. The proposal due date is changed from 2:00 PM (EST), January 23, 2004 to 2:00 PM (EST), February 23, 2004. Contract Specifications ? Integrated Pest Management Plan. The contract specifications are amended as follows. Page 3: C.1.b: Monitoring devices, excluding light traps, shall be purchased and maintained by the contractor. The government will provide and mount 30 light traps per the contractor's recommendations. The contractor shall maintain these light traps. Replacements and additions shall be provided by the government. The contractor shall provide Catch-all mouse traps in up to 40 rooms which house laboratory mice. Page 6, para. n: A Site Logbook shall be kept at each of the three campuses in the FEO maintenance office (Clifton Road Bldg. 11, Chamblee Bldg 104, Lawrenceville Bldg. C). In addition, a logbook can be kept for each animal holding facilities: Clifton Bldg. 6, Chamblee Bldgs. 14 & 15; Lawrenceville Bldg. B. Page 9, para 5, Training: Provide annual training to personnel working in known pest problem areas, where the problem is primarily caused by lack of sanitation practices. This training shall include animal holding and food service personnel. Page 10: Roybal Bldg 16 cafeteria: Exclude kitchen and serving area only, not eating area. Total of 4,500 GSq. Ft. excluded. Page 17, Schedule of IPM Services: Biweekly means every two weeks. Page 19, para. 5: Reports, and all computer data may be supplied on CD-ROM in lieu of a 3.5 inch diskette.
