- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of refuse removal and disposal services for the Federal Detention Center (FDC SeaTac), 2425 S. 200th Street, SeaTac, WA 98198. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base period and each option period is as follows: (1) 78 pickups, contractor will pickup, haul and return one 30 yard container/compactor (Government owned compactor) approximately three times during a two week period. (2) 468 tons of refuse, contractor will empty one 30 yard cubic yard container/compactor approximately three times during a two week period. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 26, 2004 and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is February 13, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
