- Description
- Contractor to provide continuous cleaning service to specific restrooms within the VA Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, Louisiana as described in the statement of work. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that cleaning services are performed in a manner that meets the standards as cited in the statement of work in order to obtain a clean, neat and professional appearance. All technical questions shall be addressed to Alexander Narcisse, Maintenance Supervisor at 504-568-0811, ext. 3719. All contractual questions can be addressed to Iris Ramirez, Purchasing Agent at 504-589-5285. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Time and location for pre-bid conference/walkthrough will be provided with bid packages. Bid packages will be available and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Proposals will be due by 4:00pm, COB, 2/26/04. Request for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 504-589-5289 or E-mail to iris.ramirez@med.va.gov. Bid packages will not be faxed; faxed bids will not be accepted.
