- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-04-Q-0112 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (iv) This requirement is being synopsized unrestricted under NAICS Code 325510. (v) Provide: Qty 2500 gallons, Armor-Shield aluminum topcoat (packaged in 5 gallon pails=500 pails). (vi) N/A (vii) Delivery to Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; quote shall be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (http://www.arnet.gov/far/loadmainre.html)with their offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
