Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Q uotes are requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DABJ25-04-T-0008 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fe deral Acquisition Circular 2001-03. The requirement is small business set-aside 100% with a NAICS Code of 332420 and size standard of 500 employees. RFQ is for 12 each Waste Oil Tank, 500 gal doublewalled steel tanks UL-142 listed, to enclude- 1 inch AOD pump mounted on top of tank, fluid extraction, tank venting, guaging & overfill hardware, 8 Feet hose w/quick disconnect, Polyurethane finish. Salient Characteristic: Fort Lewis used oil tanks must conform to the following: 1. UL-142 listed Double walled horizontal above ground steel tank. 2. 500 gallon minimum capacity. 3. Polyurethane exterior paint finish, Tan or White 4. Primary working vent device 5. Primary tank emergency vent device. 6. UL-listed 1 inch air operated Double diaphragm pump, pump is to be mounted on top of tank. (Pump to be plumbed into the tank with flexible hose of appropriate size). 7. 8 foot x ???? inch product suction hose with quick disconnect male and female end. 8. Air filter/ regulator with pressure gage. 9. Automatic high level shut off device 10. Tank gage, preferably a Scully type gage 11. Manual air inlet shut off with 25 foot of 3/8 inch air hose. 12. 2 inch suction tube with Kamlock & dust cover for product withdrawal. 13. Appropriate Product decals 14. Please include freight to Ft. Lewis WA 98433 Award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449 form. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price and all or none is to be provided. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial I tems, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in which the term offeror (whenever it appears) shall be replaced with the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Off eror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condit ions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-19, 52.232- 33, 52.232-36. FAR Clauses 52.208-4, 208-5, 208-6, 208-7 are applicable to this acquisition. The following clause within DFARS clause 252.212-7001(b) is applicable to this acquisition: 252.225-7001. DFARS clause 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor R egistration is applicable to this acquisition.
